The Falling Away

"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"         (2 Thess:2:3)

 For the past couple of months on my way to church I noticed a small Methodist Church being torn down not far from where I go to church. The church was an old country church, but was used up to a year ago. Each Sunday as I pass the church a little more of the building has gone, leaving only the shell and soon it will be all gone. This Sunday As I passed the church the thought come to me. This is the same thing, spiritually thinking, that is happening to all  the churches across our land. They are being spiritually tour down to where there is only a shell called the church. Sad but true. In years past the churches were more than just a shell. It was a place that a person could hear the truth. The kind of truth that would set a sinner free, a place were heavy burdens were unshackled and all types of sickness were healed. There were prayer meetings in peoples home and Bible studies where you dug deeper in God's Word and wanted to be ever so much closer to Him. Last but not least, let us remember those "Old Brush Arbors". 

Being a churchgoer and a follower of Jesus Christ for the most of my 69 years on this earth I can see big changes in our churches and the people who attend these churches. The "Pure Raw Word" of God is not taught anymore for fear of losing the large attendance. We have preachers on TV and even behind the pulpit that will not call sin what it is, When asked if homosexuality is sin they will not give a straight answer. When asked if there is another way to heaven and eternal life besides Jesus, they will not give a straight answer. What ever happened to the “fire and brimstone preachers. The preachers, who in love, told a person exactly how it was. In other words the truth.

Across America the crosses are being taken off churches and the churches are given a new name. "Campus" Some churches are now having services with Muslims and their Islamic faith. This should not be because a true Muslim will deny Jesus Christ as being the Son of God. It is very important  to note that the very first sign, and  the most important one, Jesus gave in response to His disciples' question about the end of time was religious deception: "take heed that no man deceive you." It is significant, too, that His revelation of this primary sign was put forth as a warning: "take heed," or beware. He repeated this sign two more times to show how import it was and the nature of the coming deception: it would involve false Christs, false prophets, and false signs and wonders. Moreover, His repeating of the word "many" four times, which to me indicates that this deception will not be hidden but will be a worldwide reality deceiving many and that sure is happening today across our great land and the world.

As followers of Christ, we can see the  persistent downward spiral of  the church. We can remember  the Biblical prophecy that states that the latter days would be marked by a collapse of faith (falling away), morality and ethics. Another prophecy coming to fulfillment before our eyes. The Word of God clearly teaches that in the very Last Days, one of the main signs of the times to look for will be the great falling away of those who claim to be Christians. Jesus clearly teaches that in the very Last Days, the lost will become more and more blinded from the hearing of Biblical truth, because many who claim to be God’s anointed will not be preaching the whole truth!

Jesus commands all those who claim to be a Christian to come out from the world and trust in what the Bible says. Sorry to say, there are too many people that claim to be born-again and yet they are being more conformed to the pattern of this world every day. 

More churches are closing their doors every day in America while more and more mosques are being built. We are told that America is no longer a Christian nation and the Koran is being quoted more and more from the White House while the Bible is criticized.  We are truly in the last days and to my Christian friends I leave you with this- “LOOK UP YOUR REDEMPTION DRAWS NIGH”. 

Gay Marriage

I happen to be reading parts of a old Newsweek Magazine and after reading Lisa Miller's article on Mutual Joy, { I have posted the web site below } I was shocked at her for writing such a article and even more shocked that the Newsweek would allow it to be published. I have only one question to ask, "What turnip truck did she fall off of?" She is using parts Of the Bible to make a case for Homosexuals and to try to prove her point which is, "same sex marriages are okay." Ms Miller used Scriptures out of the Bible to try to prove her point. The scriptures that she uses do not even deal with the issue she is talking about and trying to justify. The Bible in the Old Testament, in several places, clearly says that Homosexuality and Lesbianism is sin. She must have not read the Story of Sodom. Why did God destroy this city? It was the end result of the people of Sodom's reprobate minds. This is how bad that God hates the sins of Homosexuals and Lesbians. Notice that I said He hates the sin, not the person! Read what the Book Of Romans Chapter one has to say about this topic. My thoughts are this, " Any nation, including the United States, that justifies homosexuality and Lesbianism, as a excepted life style, is a country in its final stages of moral corruption." I'm sorry Ms Miller, but you are trying to justify this sin and at the same time trying to discredit The Bible and Christians who live by, believe in, and honor God's Word. Remember this, any true Christian does not hate the homosexual or lesbian, it is that terrible sin that the Christian hates. The Christian does not have a agenda as Ms Miller is trying to stress in her article, but only God's Holy Word in their hearts that homosexuality is a sin and is wrong. I do not want to discredit Ms Miller's professional talent, but when she is writing an article in a area such as this she needs to do some major research or get into a good Bible believing Church, because she is just not getting it or else she just wants to make some liberal brownie points. Ms Miller, God made the world for Adam and Eve to reproduce after their own kind, for that is what He commanded in His word, not for the sin, wickedness, and pleasure (Mutual Joy) of Adam and Steve. With all due respect, with all your education you cannot see this?

As For My House

O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy. (Habakkuk 3:2)

Habakkuk knew that God was going to discipline the people of Judah for their sins and he also knew it was not going to be a good experience. The people turned from God and they were about to reap what they sowed. Habakkuk did not ask for the discipline to be removed but instead he asked for mercy and help from the Lord. He interceded for the people. He knew that they had to reap what they sowed but he prayed for God to have mercy. What a great man of God! What love that he had in his heart for the sinful people of that time!

Just as Habakkuk knew that God was going to discipline His people in that day, as Christians living in America in today’s world, we must know and realize that God will do the same in this age also. America will reap what she has sown. America as a whole cannot condone abortions or homosexuality as a life style and expect God to turn His head. America has turned her back on the One that made her a truly great nation and a leader of the free world. We have removed God from our schools, our court rooms, and from every part of our society. We have homosexuals behind some of the pulpits in our churches, we have homosexuals being married in our churches, and also joining our churches as members. Sin is not being preached anymore.

Do not think that nothing is going to happen or judgment from God will not come because it will. All through the Bible judgment came to countries that rebelled against God. America is no different.

As Habakkuk pleaded in his day in his day for the Lord to revive His work so should we plead and ask for Him to revive His work in our nation and in our people. Our nation needs God to survive. God’s judgment is coming on America soon because her sins are mounting up. Those of us that pray must intercede for God’s mercy on our nation and ask for our country to be restored. The answer is a simple one. It is the same as it was thousands of years ago. “

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray , and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV)

Famine, war, disobedience, plagues, and sickness are coming to America and she had better wake up.

I will soon reach my sixty eighth birthday and I have never seen America in the shape that it is in. What was sin 50 years ago and hid in the closets and bedroom of sinners is now in the open and called another life style.

The Cross and the meaning behind it is lost to most Americans. They live in a world without God and they will soon pay the price. Political Correctness is damning our country.

Although the fig tree shall not blossom , neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail , and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. The LORD God is my strength (Habakkuk 3: 17-18)

Destroyed From Within

In the 1960′s the leader of the soviet Union, Nikita Kruchev, said,“Russia does not have to destroy America with missiles; America will be destroy from within.” Maybe he knew something that we should have known. This was an evil man who was the leader of an evil country, but what he said was correct. He might have been looking at it in a different way than this article is about put forth but his statement was 100 percent correct.
America has the mightiest army in the world, but is still on a fast downward spiral and the answer to this problem is not a mighty army or a mighty navy or is it political. Neither the Republicans nor the Democrats have the answer. The deceiver in the White House does not have the answer although many people see him as their savior. The answer to America’s problems is spiritual. The people of America need to turn back to God and follow his laws and commandments.
Engraved on the wall of the Jefferson Memorial in Washington, D.C. are these words by our third president: “God who gave us life gave us liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of God? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that his justice cannot sleep forever.” If America does not turn back to God, then I fear that judgment is certainly coming. People will reap what they sow.
In past generations the family unit, was and still are to this day the building blocks of this great country. Years ago Biblical values were taught in the home and when the church doors were open they went as a family. The school systems recognized God by prayer and Bible reading before the start of classes. Most of this generation of Americans and the family unit of today do not know God. In fact they know nothing about God. God has been taken out of the schools and has been replaced by violence and people ask; “If there is a God why does he allow all the violence in schools?” The answer is Mary’s Lamb is not allowed in school anymore.
We have leaders in congress that have never been to church or even cracked a Bible let along knowing the Lord Jesus Christ. We have a president in the White House that claims to be a Christian but his actions say otherwise and that is not judging. (You shall know them by their fruits) America is turning her back on God. God’s laws that Americans have upheld and observed for generations are being thrown to the curb by a new generation that profess God, but of a truth know him not. A person who passes laws Okaying abortions, and recognizing homosexuals as a different life style does know God, because in God’s eyes both are sin. Wow to them that call good evil and evil good!
The loss of our freedom is less than a generation away. The very next generation will be the generation that knows not God at all. In my opinion the coming of Jesus and the rapture of the church (the true saints of God) is at the door. Even so come Lord Jesus!

The Truth Of The Matter

And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren. (Genesis 16:12)
This verse of Scripture describes the Arab people to a tee. It could have not been said any better. It is perfectly said. So if you are not a reader of God’s Word read and see for yourself the truth about the Arabs. The descendants of Ishmael (The Arabs) cannot get along with anyone in the world today. I’m speaking of the Arab nations as whole, not individual persons of the Arab race. They have not gotten along with anybody since Biblical times and they cannot even get along among themselves in today’s world. It is a plain fact that they will be fighting with other nations of the world and between their selves until Jesus comes back to this world to set things in their rightful order.
When that day comes there will be no more acts of terrorism by these people, no more suicide bombings, beheadings, violence, mass murders, no more 911’s, or any other evil thing in the name of their god because the one true God will reign for evermore. There will be no more 911’s , no more Christians killed, no more churches burned, and no more will there be any tax paid to the Arabs in those Arab countries just because you are a Christian.
For those of you that do not believe the words from the Bible then you can research it with all the tools available to you on the computer and history books. In the end of your research you will find that the Word of God (as always) is correct.
It amazes me that people will not believe the word of God but will listen to every other person that comes along with a theory of why the Muslims are doing what they are doing.
I have always been a person who studied the Bible, and world history. When the events of September 11 attacks happened, all the things that I had read and studied about the Middle Ages and the crusades suddenly became very relevant as I put what happen into a perspective view because both are related and go hand in hand.
Some people think that 911 happen because the Islamic world just had a grievance against the West, but the real truth is 911 and the present violence in our world today is mostly caused by the Muslims, and has its roots in the Middle East Crusades. You have to understand history and the evil that takes place to understand what is happening in today’s world.
So what is the truth about the Crusades? Some people are still trying to figure that out. What is there to figure out? So much can already be said with accurate certainty. For starters, the Crusades defensive wars fought by Christian countries. These wars were a direct response to Muslim aggression, or in other words an attempt to turn back or defend against Muslim conquests of Christian countries. Is not that the same thing that that is happening today? Some people will try to explain it away but it is the truth!
Christians in the eleventh century were not suspicious radicals or extremist (The same is being said today), because the Muslims really were wanting to destroyed and conquer the Christian nations. Some Muslims can be peaceful, but the truth is Islam was born in war and it grew the same way. From the time of Mohammed, the means of Muslim expansion and growth was always the sword. The Muslim’s and their religion divides the world into two groups, the Abode of Islam and the Abode of War. Christianity, and for that matter any other non-Muslim religion—has no abode. Christians and Jews can be tolerated within a Muslim state under Muslim rule. But, in traditional Islam, Christian and Jewish states must be destroyed and their lands conquered. That has been going on since biblical days and is still going on.
We must understand the crusaders and how the Crusades started. It was not a power hungry pope as some people think and write about, but the truth is it was the reactions and the response to more than four centuries of conquests in which Muslims had already captured two-thirds of the Christian world as it was then. At some point, Christianity as a faith and a culture had to defend itself and their Christian belief or be conquered by Islam. The Crusades at that time was that defense. Sad to say, but pending the return of our Savior there might be yet another Crusade. Will that Crusade bring the return of the Savior?

IT’S JESUS: All Other Is Sinking Sand!

Do you want to know what is wrong with America? The answer is simple. A blind man can see it easily! America has turned their collective backs on God. America has become a depraved nation and for the most part with depraved leaders. The people have become immoral, unjust, corrupt, evil, wicked, and degenerate in all their thinking and their actions. From my youth up there was one thing that I was always taught in the home, in the school, in church, and in the public in general America was a Christian nation. How far this nation has come down through the years of my life is almost unbelievable to me. It’s almost like anything goes.
The American people have become immoral and wrong in their thinking. What was a nation of “In God We Trust” is now a nation of “In the government we trust.” Some even go so far as to call our president the messiah. I’m talking about a government and a president who makes the killing of unborn babies legal and the government that gives homosexuals special rights, when in fact both are sins in God’s eyes. America has become a nation of calling bad good and good bad. When a nation has laws to protect the killing of whales and another law that allows the murder of millions of unborn babies something is wrong. The people are depraved in their thinking. Instead of depending on the one who created heaven and earth depend on the government for their daily needs.
When Christian churches in America which were once full of the spirit of God, allow the Muslims who worship Allah to worship beside them in church and have the Muslim Karan beside the Holy Bible in the pew racks this nation and her people are in trouble. Some churches are taking the cross down from their steeple and calling their church a campus instead of church. Why? Something is wrong when church leaders allow a rock group with all their seductive and suggestive songs to perform at God’s house thinking that is the way to get the youth in church when it used to be the preaching of the anointed word of God that did the work. We need to lift Jesus higher and the Holy Spirit will do the drawing. It is the preaching of the cross that is the answer. We have a man in the White House that makes fun of the Bible while quoting from the Koran and stops the national day of prayer but allows Muslims to pray on the White house lawn. He also made the statement that America is no longer a Christian nation. We have homosexuals in congress and some who see an unborn child as “just a blob of nothing”. What happen to the Godly leaders in this country? They say that they believe in God, but let me say this; the devil, according to the scriptures, also believes in God.
America as a nation is becoming so politically correct instead of becoming more biblical correct that our nation is being destroyed, lost without God or His Son. No longer do people say Merry Christmas but opt for saying happy holidays so certain people will not be offended and Christmas is no longer for the most part celebrated as Christ’s birthday but just a happy holiday.
When I was in school before the day even started the class had prayer and Bible reading. We each took turns reading scriptures when it was our day to it. There was always a Bible on the teacher's desk. So what has happened? We no longer have the Lamb of God or those other Godly things in our schools so what were they replaced by? They were replaced by sex education, condoms, birth control pills, and a doctrine that tells our children it is normal and okay for Adam to marry Steve. It is just a different lifestyle. In schools years ago the greatest bad thing was chewing gum in class or smoking in the bathrooms. Now there is violence with no end in our schools with police patrolling the halls to guarantee security for the children. People ask when violence happens in our school where God is. The answer to that is “The Lamb” is not allowed in school anymore. You will have chaos, darkness, evil, and sin without the Lamb of God.
What is the bottom line to all this? It is the family unit. How we raise our kids, what we teach them in the home. We do not need a village to raise our kids as some in the government say; we just need Godly mothers and fathers. If our children at an early age are not taught about Jesus Christ then they will know not him when they get older and that’s what is happening to our country right now. The American people are reaping what they have sown. We have people that are in our government who know not God because they were never taught about Him. We need fathers (a male) and mothers (a female) to start bringing up their children in the way they should go and when they get older and on their own they will use the wisdom that they received in the home when they were raised, The wisdom to govern this nation and to be right in God’s eyes. There was a reason why God said in his Word to; “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6) and there is also a reason why God told the Israelites always repeat and tell the meaning of the judgments, testimonies, and statues to their children in (Exodus 6:20-25)
Just like the Hebrews told their children what great things God has done for them, Americans need to tell their children what great things the Lord has done for America over the past two hundred years. To bring all this about we need a move of God, a revival that starts with you and me, we need a revival in our churches and all across this great land. We might not have to sit in sackcloth and ashes, but it might be a good idea to bow on bended knees and plead with our God, with true tears of repentance, to save our nation and to forgive us of our many sins. Even come Lord Jesus!

THE CHRISTIAN – Under Pressure

a messenger came to Job and said, "The oxen were plowing and the donkeys feeding beside them, and the Sabeans attacked and took them. They also slew the servants with the edge of the sword, and I alone have escaped to tell you. While he was still speaking, another also came and said, "The fire of God fell from heaven and burned up the sheep and the servants and consumed them, and I alone have escaped to tell you." While he was still speaking, another also came and said, "The Chaldeans formed three bands and made a raid on the camels and took them and slew the servants with the edge of the sword, and I alone have escaped to tell you. While he was still speaking, another also came and said, "Your sons and your daughters were eating and drinking wine in their oldest brother's house, and behold, a great wind came from across the wilderness and struck the four corners of the house, and it fell on the young people and they died, and I alone have escaped to tell you. Then Job arose and tore his robe and shaved his head, and he fell to the ground and worshiped. (Job 1:14-20)

I recently read an article about being under pressure and as I read that article I began to wonder how many things in this world that has the warning, “WARNING UNDER PRESSURE” Those three words caught my attention and stayed with me, in my mind, for the past few days. Those words started me to thinking because they pretty much, for me, sum up, the condition and circumstances that is going on in so many lives of Christian people in this world today. Some of God’s people in the Bible, like Job, are living under extreme pressure and are just about to explode. They do not know if they should turn to the left or right. Satan has them to the point of losing control of their very being and mind. I have seen it so many times.

The pressures, and the tragedies of life in this present sin tossed world’s environment are very damaging and they are destroying God’s people. They are living under pressure, wondering just how much more they can take. We all have been there. It just seems sometimes that life is one big problem after another. It has happened to us all one time or the other, being under extreme pressure. One problem, after another problem and it goes on and on. And the truly sad part about the whole thing is people are trying to figure out, how to handle what they just cannot handle without God’s help. They need to put their problems in God’s hands. The one who controls heaven and the earth.

If you read and study God’s Word then sooner or later you will come across the book of Job and read about the problems of Job. What a truly amazing story full of meaning for today’s Christian. Now there was a man who had major problems. Job had more come against him in just one day than most people could handle in a lifetime, no matter how righteously and Godly he tried to live. This was because Satan came against him. Not only did Satan want to destroy all that Job had he would have killed him if God would have allowed it. Although Job was a righteous man Satan tried to destroy him and to rip apart his life just like he tries to do to you and me, because the devil walks among us the same as he did in Job’s day.

The word of the Lord tells us, that Satan goes about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. He did it in Job’s day and he is doing it now. This present world and the people in it are under a lot of pressure. There is strife, struggles, and violence, no morals, no rules, and there sure is no accountability anymore. What will the Christian do, when trouble comes their way? What will they do, when trouble, distress, and suffering comes out of nowhere for no obvious or clear reason.
The Word of God tells us, that Job was a perfect and an upright man. He was a man that feared God and he had no part whatsoever with evil,
but trouble still came his way. The scripture tells us, that Job believed in God and he prayed everyday but trouble still came to his house. He lost his flocks, he lost his servants, and he lost his children. All this happened in just one day. His wife told him to curse God and die. What would happen if your day or my day started like that.
How would we handle the things it is impossible for us to handle?
What will you do, when Satan and his demons comes looking for you and with him and his demons comes trouble, misery, and disappointment, or even death. What will you do when he comes looking for you? In most cases people will try to take care of things on their own when they should be looking for God for help.

We need to know where the trouble comes from; it comes from the devil, [Battles are always fought and won in the spiritual realm] but help come the Lord Jesus Christ. Persecution comes from the devil, but victory comes from our Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.

In just one day Job went from prosperity to poverty, from riches to rags, from popularity to obscurity. In one day, he lost his fortune, and he lost his fame. Not in a lifetime, but in one day. Job did not blame anyone else for his problems; instead he fell down on his knees and worshipped the one who created heaven and earth. He said the Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away, blessed be the name of the Lord.

Whatever situations that is in your life. Whatever the battle is whatever you are fighting against remember this, Jesus paid the price for you on Calvary’s Cross. Do not let the problems of this world get you down. Stay anchored in Jesus.

Standing On The Promises That Cannot Fail!

Standing on the promises I cannot fall,
Listening every moment to the Spirit’s call
Resting in my Savior as my all in all,
Standing on the promises of God.

For those people that truly love God every step of their lives is a journey of faith. It is a step upon the promises of God. The promises that can never fail. The promises of our God are, in truth, stepping-stones in the Christians walk that make it possible for God’s people to move forward in this life with all its struggles and ups and downs, We as Christians live a life of faith. We stand on the promises of God. Men of faith always stand on the promises of God. Without faith it is impossible to please God.

Abraham lived by the promises of God. In the Book of Genesis it was the promises of God in the first three verses of chapter twelve that enabled Abram to take a step of faith towards the Promised Land. A land that he had never seen before. By faith he obeyed God and went there. He stood on the promises of God. As this old world grows darker with sin and rebellion if you are a child of God we must stand on the promises of God. It was the promises of God that gave Abram the victory over the four kings in Genesis chapter fourteen and it is the promises of God that will give the Christian the victory over all the evil that comes against them. It was the faith of the promises of God that Abraham made his journey and we must have that same faith as we go through life's journey. Abraham had the faith that he knew God would do what he said. It was those promises that kept Abraham going in the right direction and it is that same faith we as Christians must believe in.

The promises, from God, that Abraham was able to stand on are truly promises that all true believers that journey through this life can, by FAITH, stand on. We must stand on those promises! Our Lord has given us great and precious promises. We must accept them by faith and stand on those promises. These are the promises that enable you to share His divine nature and escape this world’s pollution and corruption. . For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope [Jeremiah 29:11] I believe that with all my heart!

And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. [Romans 8:37-39] Even so come Lord Jesus!

When a Christian has faith they have confidence in things to come as they trust in an unknown future. They, like Abraham, believe God. Faith is the basis of pleasing God and if we are standing on the promises of God we have faith that He is going to do (in His Time) what He said He was going to do.

The Pure Raw Word

I have set in church many years and heard my father preach his sermons that he so painstakingly prepares. As I think back there was a sentence that he used in one of his sermons that keeps coming to my mind lately. He said that “it takes the pure raw word of God to save the sinner, You cannot sugar coat the word of God!” As I sit and think about that statement I thought how very true that statement was.
America has gone from being a Christian nation to a nation without God. Sometimes as I read from the prophets in The Old Testament it is almost like it is talking about today's world. The same woes and warnings that were put out to the nation of Israel back then could also be put out in America today. Israel started out as a nation that served God and then there came a generation that did not know God. Is not that the same way it is in America today?
America is for the most part on a downward spiral and is spinning out of control fast. America has gone from being a Christian nation, with Christian leaders, that believed in and lived by God’s law to a godless nation. Because of this some Americans wonder what is happening to this great nation.
America is on a slippery slope. Years ago mothers and fathers accompanied their children to church, then they just sent their children to church, and now they do not even send them to church. Sunday use to be a holy day, but now it is just like any other day for most Americans. The family unit (the building blocks of America) is just about gone. Most homes anymore have just one parent and anybody knows that a child needs (and the Bible speaks of) a mother and a father. What ever happen to the “Family that prays together stays together. I thank God for my mother and father, and also my two Grandmothers who never slacked in their duty to show me the right way.
America was a country that for the most part governed by God’s laws. Abortion was against the law and never hardly ever heard of. Now babies can be aborted (murdered) in the mother's womb and it is legal. Young girls as young as 12 years old can now get the morning after pill without the parents' consent. Condoms are passed out by the government freely in the schools. The word of God plainly teaches against all forms of fornication but the government by their doings and laws are condoning it for its citizens even as young as 12 years old.
This country once looked on with disgrace the act of sodomy. If you were a homosexual or lesbian you hide it in the closet and keep it from everybody. God called it sin and so did most Americans and now the government promotes it by giving them special rights, and allowing them to even get married. Nature itself even tells a person that it is wrong. But yet we have an American president (Obama) who recently called a well known sports player and congratulated him for making it known that he is a homosexual. What is wrong with this picture?
Not only has Obama said that parts of the Bible are not for today, but has on numerous occasions mad fun of certain scriptures while he is always quoting words from the Koran. He needs to know that God said that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. It is a shame that we have a leader that comes so close to blasphemy.
But lets not stop there. We also have a problem with churches and their pastors also condoning these things. We have preachers who will marry homosexuals and churches that will add their names to the book as saved souls. This should not be. We have preachers teaching that it is not the blood that Jesus shed on the cross that saves the sinner. I can assure these preachers that it is nothing but the blood of Jesus that can wash away your sins. Where are the true churches of the Living God? Why is it that only a few preachers will stand up to the government and call sin what it is “SIN”. The majority of preachers will not even preach sin in the church anymore. They preach smooth words to itching ears so they can have their mega churches and their mega dollar income.
A preacher must preach a well rounded Gospel, not only just love. If the American people do not listen to some fire and brimstone once in a while as preachers give us the word of God then I’m afraid it will be fire and brimstone for the American people.

AMERICA: It Is Your Last Call!

The American people need to wake up from their sleep of eternal death and eternal damnation. It is, or soon will be, the last call for America. If you love your country then it is time to truly wake up from the sleep of death and shake off the wickedness that has overwhelmed this country. It is a time for much fasting and prayer. The American people have been so indifferent to the wickedness and sins in this country that these sins are multiplying the wickedness in the country. Some churches are now calling evil good. They have turned from Christ, the Cross, and the blood that was spilled there. They have put their faith in money, the government, and other things that were once called sin.
We have leaders (in the church as well as the government) that call bad good and good bad. What was once a sin is now the normal thing in our country. Homosexuals and lesbians are called a different life style. In most states they can now legally be married and are being married in churches who proclaim to be the Lord's servants. God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve. The sad part about it is that natural itself tells a person that this is wrong. America is murdering unborn babies by the thousands and it is called birth control. God calls it murder! He knows who we are, even when we are in the womb. America’s president (Obama) states that some of the Bible is not for today, poking fun at some of the scriptures. Some people think or call him the messiah, which is pure blasphemy.  Wickedness is multiplying in America and God’s judgments are starting to fall on the country and most people do not even have a glue or even know what is happening. For them it is let us eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow they may die. So sad! The truth is, when you die (a physical death) your life is not over.
With hardly any protest at all Americans and the church have let all types of filth such as certain types of movies (ones that would never be permitted years ago), magazines, violent cartoons, and video games to be exposed to our children until such stuff degenerates their minds until many do not know right from wrong. All Americans can see the results of these things. We can see it on TV every night. As long as these things are permitted the will in the minds of our children and their parents against these things will be broken. As long as these things are permitted we will have thieves who steal, murders, mass killings, rapist, uncontrollable lust, infidels, traitors, sluggards (people who will not work), blasphemers, and people who are against the Word of God. Millions of Americans are being deceived by these things, as well as being deceived by the evil government that is in control of this country. leaders who would be god if they could get away with it. Our leaders have turned everything that is true, good, and holy, into something that is not for today. This stinks in the nostrils of our God.
America as a nation has become sick and depraved from top to bottom and needs to repent like Nineveh before it is too late. America’s cup of iniquity is full and judgments is coming to the home and the land of the once free. Are we going to let these sins and our depraved leaders destroy us and our country? Anybody who reads the Bible knows God’s word and know the ones who commit such things are worthy of death, and the ones who have pleasure in them, also. (Romans 1: 29-32). There is a day coming, soon, the judgments where every person must give an account for their deeds. Be not deceived America: You will reap what you sow” America needs a revival that starts with you and me!

Strife Among Believers

As we read the story of Abram and Lot in the Bible we can see that they were surrounded by hostile neighbors who were not friendly, hospitable, or sympathetic, in any way, to them or their families. It would seem that in a situation like they were in, they would pull together and there would be no strife between them. This was not the case with Abram and Lot. Instead petty jealousy was tearing them and their families apart. Abram, because he was close to God, saw the strife and discord and decided to do something about it. Thank God for people that are close to Him and have a spiritual eye!

Abram had love in his heart for Lot and his family, so Abram gave first choice of which way to go to Lot. Notice how Abram turned away wrath with a soft answer, “I pray thee (please)”.  Abram, being the oldest, had the right to decide which way the both of them were going to go, but he gave that choice to his nephew, Lot. What a peace maker and man of God he was. As we read we can see that Lot’s heart was full of greed and he looked at the material things. He saw Sodom and the country where that city was located. He reasoned it would be a good place to live. His decision was a great choice from a worldly point of view. In such a place with all the good water and ground he would certainly thrive there and become prosperous.

This was all that Lot was looking for. God’s people must realize that the grass is not always greener on the other side. It will always bring heartache as it did Lot. How many Christians, today, jeopardize their souls for the prospect of worldly advantages and worldly gain? In today’s world to many Christians, churches, and denominations, often fight and bicker about small things with other Christians or other denominations, while the devil is at work all around them. Rivalries, arguments, contentions, and disagreements between God’s people can hinder God’s work. Some Christians will still strain at at a gnat and swallow a camel. These kind of things make a person self centered rather than love centered. Not only will strife hold the believer back it can open the door for other things as we can see as we read the story of Lot and his wife. It all happened with strife.

We can clearly see that Lot had choices. He selected the very best of the land, even though it meant living close to Sodom and all the evil that was in the city. This is the same problem that some Christians face today. Greed and the thought of living close to the world (Sodom) causes a lot of Christians not to focus on the true issues in todays world. The very issues of life. Lot had the paradise, the best of the green grass, much water, and happiness, such as it was, but Abram had the promise. The promise from God that something would be done for him. Lot was looking at the material things, but Abram was looking at spiritual things. 

Finding Grace In The Eyes Of God

Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the Lord said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord. (Genesis 6:5-8) NKJV

Noah Found Grace In The Eyes Of The Lord

During Noah’s time on this earth God had him build the ark for his safely and the safety of his family. Why? Because God was getting ready to withdraw his mercy from the earth, because the cup of evil was full to the rim and running over. The earth was filled with violence and corruption. Men would not believe God. Still the world in that day rejoiced in its pleasures and sins all the while the ark was growing larger as a witness to the coming judgement of our Lord. The people refused to believe in God. Perhaps the people thought of Noah as a narrow minded bigot or religious nut, because he would not give into the pleasures of sin with the rest of the people. Noah was a party of one. He believed and obeyed God. The flood came and destroyed everybody except Noah and the ones who went into the ark with him. Whoever was not shut in the ark, by the Lord, was shut out.

It was too late for those people just like it will soon be too late for the unsaved people of today, “they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Afterwards came also the other virgins saying. Lord, Lord, open to us” But it was too late. Today people reject God’s word just as bad as they did in Noah’s time. The violence and sin was really bad at Noah’s time but what is it now? What will it be? Soon and very soon the anti-christ will come on the scene and reveal his self. The news media no sooner report one act of violence, when they are on the scene reporting another act of violence.  Peace will soon be taken from this world. God’s grace has been extended to the world for thousands of years and people could not live in this world without it. How much longer will God’s mercy and grace last no one knows, but it will soon stop and be no more.

God by His grace and mercy has brought America through many conflicts, world wars and dangers. We have a group of people who wants to destroy us and they have killed many and are still plotting and killing, but most of the American people still turn their back on God and refuse the truth of His word. They refuse to have any part of God’s love or His salvation plan. They are lost without God or His Son. There is going to be a lot of sorrow when people realize that Jesus has come for His own and they are left behind. People need to face the facts that they are living in God’s last hour of Mercy.

America is seen by the rest of the world as a Christian nation, but that is hardly the case. The truth is America is far from being a Christian nation. There are so few Christians in this nation anymore. But the few Christians that are left in this country can exert such a great influence on our Lord. If only ten people were found in the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha those cities would have been spared. The leaders of this country want the people to believe that a well informed democracy is the way to solve all the problems of this country. America’s leaders will tell you democracy is the foundation this country was founded on and it is what made this country great. This is far from the truth for two reasons. This country is not a democracy. It is a Republic that is governed by a rule of law. The foundation this country was founded on was, and still is, Jesus Christ. Now that foundation is eroding from our republic and sin is becoming more and more prominent. Are you one of the ones anchored in Jesus. Who, today, will find find grace in the eyes of the Lord. Lord count me worthy to go back with you when you come.

AMERICA - Has Left Her First Love

When America was first founded by men of faith there was a great love for our creator. When they first stepped on shore of this new land the first thing they did was to give thanks to the Lord. The Lord was recognized by these men as the great provider and the savior of their soul. He was the great “I AM”. Down through the years since the birth of this country the needs and the protection of the people was provided by the Lord. America was prosperous and she became strong and the people trusted in God as our currency so declares : "IN GOD WE TRUST" The people believed God and stood by His laws and statues. America was a Godly nation. God was found in our court rooms, in our schools, in our government buildings, and in most everything the people did God was there. Nothing of any importance was done without God being recognized for His kindness and grace. He was in all and was all.

Then slowly and steadily the evil one creep in and America slowly turned her back on God and His laws and statues. What was once evil in the eyes of the American people is no longer evil. The killing of millions of unborn babies was once a crime and against the law in the land, but now it is called pro- choice. In the past being a homosexual was regarded as sin, but now it is called “gay rights”. God have been removed from all our public buildings and public places. He is no longer wanted in the platform of one of our political parties and in some of our churches it is “God damn America” instead of “God bless America”. Our leader speaks of getting even and promotes ungodly acts and laws. God has been taken out of our schools and replaced by condoms, drugs, and police that guard the hallways. America has lost her first love and if she does not return and repent destruction will come. America has turned her back on God.

Years ago families went to church together, prayed together, and God was in the house holds of the people. Parents taught their children and put into practice the true and tried ways of our Lord. Now an ungodly government tries to dictate what parents can and cannot teach their kids. Ungodly things are being taught and practiced against the wishes of Godly parents, because now there is a generation that knows not God and sin abounds in this country. America will never rebound to her greatness or to her former glory unless her people repent and return to their first works and their love of God.

People think that we are in serious trouble now. Gas prices are high, people going hungry, loosing their homes, no jobs, crime and terrorism are getting worse everyday. We have leaders that scoff at God and His word. Our president said the some of the Bible is out of date and not for today. National day of prayer by him was canceled, crosses are coming off churches and they are now being called campuses.

As for this writer, I am a Christian and I will not call no one my president or leader that goes against God's laws, nor will I condone any law or action that is against my God or His word. I will follow an elected leader as long as he follows Christ and His teachings. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord. God bless my fellow Americans, God bless America, and Even so come Lord Jesus!

THE ELECTION – Facing The Facts

RESTORE TO THIS NATION, OH LORD, A CLEAN HEART

The November Elections will soon be here and most likely with a big voter turn out, because of the many issues facing this country. We hear many people raising their voices about so many issues facing our country. I’m wondering where has all the Christian voices gone. The ones that claim to follow Jesus Christs. Where is that strong voices of yesterday that stood up for moral issues in this country.

One of the big problems we face is the economy and it is a major issue with a lot of American voters, but it is not the biggest problem we face. The problem at the top of the list we face in America is the absolute and total decline of moral values that are found in the Bible. It is time for Christians to speak out and make our vote count in this upcoming election. Let’s cry aloud with our voices. That vote should be based upon what God has said in His Word. If this country, that we all love so dearly, would straighten the sin problem out, then God would straighten out all the other problems facing this nation.

If the Word of God calls something sin then it it is sin and we cannot paint it no other way. To condone sin we are going against God. Same sex marriage is wrong and hard as a person tries they cannot redefine marriage at the ballot box. Same-sex marriage is wrong. It is sin! It does not take any intelligent person long to figure that out. Everyone should be given their individual rights, but marriage is between one man and one women. Not because the government, or me, or anybody else says so but because God says so. The government mandated health, called Obamacare that provides for abortion, is wrong. Not because I say so, but because God says so. It is wrong and we all know it but it is allowed to continue. Nothing will ever change in this country until this nation gets back to the true laws that has made this country great. I’m speaking about God’s laws.

As important as the economy is, no jobs, high gas prices, the cost of food going out of sight, it is no where or even close in comparison to the deeper issues facing this country. I’m speaking about our morality and of the Biblical values this country has held so dear for centuries. You can build the greatest looking house, but if it is not built on the right foundation, it will, in the end, collapse. You can have the greatest understanding of economics, but if you have no moral foundation all the greatest plans put forth mean and are nothing.

It is time for the real sleeping giant, the Christian Church to wake out of its slumber, shake itself, and cry out about the really important issue facing this nation. “MORALITY”. A person can not sleep with the enemy and come out not changed. You will change, but Satan never will. He is not only the enemy of your soul, but the number one enemy and concern of this nation. The economy, security, and other things are issues and concerns of all the people, but the game changer will be when this nation returns to God, on their knees and repents for the sins of this nation. 

The Truth And The Consequences

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14) KJV.

Since I have been old enough to know what is going on in our government I know that there is truth and there is consequence in the actions and decisions of their decisions. I have seen how decisions by politicians and their appointees can have devastating effects upon our country’s moral character. In my life time I’ve seen the truth of what our government can do and the consequences of their decisions. The truth is in June 1963 the Supreme Court removed God from all parts of government. The schools, court rooms, and government buildings.

The Consequence of this was Prayer, Bible reading, religious Christmas carols, Bibles on the teachers desk, and anything to do with Christ was removed from from the classrooms of our schools and replaced by police officers in the halls to prevent crime, condoms, and sex education that teaches homosexuality is okay, just another life style. School have now become a liberal institution for our kids to be indoctrinated with lies, non truths, and propaganda that goes against God's laws.

The Ten Commandments, along with the Bible, was removed from our courts and because of this the morality of America has suffers so much. America is coming very close to becoming a atheist country. It is only because of a few praying people that God has held back his wrath on this country. The truth is, in 1973 The Supreme Court legalizes abortion and the Consequences of that action was 54,000,000 unborn babies were murdered and the slaughter still goes on. What would have happen if there was legal abortion when Abraham Lincoln or Martin Luther King was in the womb? What a great price this country will pay for this legalized crime.

The truth is on June 2012 the Supreme Court imposed a tax (OBAMACARE) through judicial legislation and the Result of that was higher taxes on the American citizen by a branch of government having the least accountability or is answerable to the voters and could care less what most of the people thought or think. After knowing the majority of the people was against the new tax they still upheld it. Where is the voice of the people?

Of the nine justices who sit on the Supreme Court, Obama has appointed, and the Senate confirmed two liberal justices. The remaining seven justices of the Supreme Court are as follows, four are in their mid-70s or older. When a justice is confirmed, they sit on the bench for the rest of their life. The scary thing is this, if Obama gets re-elected and there is still a democrat majority in the senate it will most likely change the integrity of the Obama court (Which is what he wants) and liberalize the Supreme Court for the next generation. The integrity of that court will not be what most Americans will want. And if you are a conservative or a christian you know what that means. We must really pray for our country and the upcoming election.

We need to get down on our knees and seriously pray (touch the throne of God) for our children and grand- children that they will not be living in a socialistic and atheist society where the government, or even worse, a want to be dictator oversees, dictates and tells the people what they can or cannot do. The vote that people cast, November 6, will decide the very future of our kids and grand kids. Let us all hope and pray the future of our country will not continue the slippery slide toward communism and moral destruction.

WOMAN'S RIGHTS: The Big Lie

"

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee;

and before thou camest forth out of the womb

I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet

unto the nations."   (Jeremiah 1:5 )

Women have rights! Yes they do and I will be the first to agree with that statement. They have the same rights as men and should be treated equally. A woman should not be treated like a door mat, or a second class citizen. During my life time I have seen women abused and mistreated by their husbands and many other things that were not right. I will always stand up for the rights of women. The problem that I do have is one of the meaning of a woman's rights being used by our government called abortion and is being used by this administration for miss guided propaganda, because it goes far beyond the rights of any woman and takes away the rights and the lives of unborn children. If a woman aborts a baby, even in the ninth month, it is called her right, but if a person kills someone it is called murder. If a person kills a pregnant woman they are charged, most of the time, with two counts of murder. What is wrong with that picture? Just as God had plans for Jeremiah while he was still in his mother's womb He also has plans for all unborn children in the mother's womb.

As a Christian do you ever get tired of hearing and seeing our government and people go against God's laws? Laws that have stood the test for thousands of years. Do you get just plain sick of hearing statements like; “it is the woman's right to chose what she wants to do with her own body and it is her right to abort a unborn baby. The question that needs to be asked is when will those women who abort babies realize the unborn child has rights also. When will people understand that God has not changed, murder of a unborn child is not okay? Even though we are living at a different time than when the Bible was written, our Lord's Word changes not. The Bible is still our guide, although many have did their best to change that great book to met their needs and life styles. Nothing has changed as far as God is concerned. His Word is forever settled in heaven. We need to continue to live our lives as closely as we can as God tells us in His Word. We were all, once, sinners born into a world of sin, but we do not continue to "knowingly sin." Murder is wrong no matter if it is aborting a unborn child or shooting someone with a gun. It makes no difference if it is a unborn baby or an adult. Murder has always been wrong and one day soon (and very soon) everyone of us will meet the Lord and will be judged for our deeds good or bad. That includes the murdering of unborn children along with all the other sins that are found in the Bible. When a political party rejects God as part of their party's platform anything is possible and it is the Democrat party of this country that promotes this very thing. The killing of unborn children! Enthusiastically supporting the torture and murder of unborn infants is not that hard for people who deny the very existence of God like the democrats did at there party's convention.

Animals and the fish in the sea have more rights and laws to protect them than a unborn child. It is alright to kill a unborn baby, (even in the ninth month) but it is against the law to kill some types of whales, animals, and fish. This twisted way of thinking comes from a reprobate mind. These people are depraved and no longer know what good is. They call good bad, and bad good. Animals has rights, murderers has rights, terrorists have rights, illegals has rights, but unborn babies, who cannot speak for their self, have no rights thanks to the congress and liberal judges who see killing unborn babies as okay.  One day they will stand before the Great Judge and answer for their actions. Satan through the hands of evil people (most of them in the Democrat Party) have taken positions at every level and in every branch of our government. Abortion Doctors kill unborn babies with the approval of the Democratic Party!  And the Democrat Party has covered up the murders, by calling this evil such things as pro choice, women health, reproductive rights, planned parenthood, and women rights,  All are lies from the very pits of hell. No true Christian, that believe in the word of God, could never be a member of this party. The Democrat party is not the same one as it was years ago. The leaders of this party are reprobates.

How do these people explain things like thumb sucking, responding to pain, and reacting to being touched while the unborn are still in the womb? If God knows of every sparrow that has fallen He surely knows of every aborted baby. These are the same people who, with their warped minds want to legalize same sex marriage, who want to give homosexuals special rights, and advocate this teaching in the class rooms of our schools, including the passing out of condoms in the class room. I have said many times in the past and I will say it again; “ANY NATION THAT PROMOTES THESE SINS IS IN THE LAST STAGES OF MORAL CORRUPTION”.
