Even So Come Lord Jesus

As Christians we should never give up or be defeated but rather we should say I shall not be moved, till Jesus comes and makes me whole I shall moved. We have many things that come against us as Christians that are very upsetting and will cause us to be defeated if we would allow it. It is time that we as servants of the most high God to put the devil and all his demons on notice. We will not be moved because we are anchored in Jesus. The storms of this life are only temporal for we have a better home awaiting were there will be no more wars, no more hunger, no more pain, and no more sin! What a day that will be!

What a day that will be when we will no longer live in a society that denies Jesus, denies His Lordship, and gives terrorist, non-believers, and others rights, under our constitution while we as Christians are being denied those same rights. In our society Christmas is no longer celebrated by most people. It is called “The Holidays”. How sad this is. Jesus is no longer allowed in our schools or in our court rooms. Do you remember when you testified in court when you promised on a Bible to tell the truth so help you God? Do you remember when you stood in school and sang “Silent Night” or “Away in a Manger”? Do you remember when you went to school when you read from the Bible and said a prayer, in your home room, before you started your school day? The government is taking away all traces of Christ in our schools and replaced them with humanist rules straight from Satan. They are taking away the Ten Commandments and all other Biblical sayings. We are no longer allowed to sing Christmas carols in our schools, but our kids can sing praises to a president of this country to the tune of ‘Jesus loves me.” This takes our country to dangerous grounds. We are told by our leader, the president, that the “Sermon on The Mount is not for today. What direction is this country headed in? Do you remember when homosexuals hid in their closets? Now they march the streets and have special rights. Whenever a country gets rid of its religious principles that it was founded on that country is in serious trouble and let me also say this:, Any country that justifies the homosexual and lesbian life style is in its final days of moral corruption. Remember this, Sodom was the end result of the reprobate mind. Is this country following in Sodom’s footsteps?

Those who live in this country that do not want God in any part of their life will get just what they want,: A world without God. They will in the end, call on the very one they rejected and did not want. But will it be too late? Has this country gone the way of Sodom? Has this country become like the Jews of Bible times? They killed Jesus to stop His doctrine but His Word only spread like wild fire starting with the 120 in the upper room and then the thousands throughout the book of ACTS and in today’s world people can try to do away with Jesus but there will be yet (in my opinion) another outpouring of His Spirit upon this world before the end. People and government officials can try to stop it all they want, but only our God can say enough is enough.

Please do not take this the wrong way when I ask this question,: “What has happen to our churches today? Where is that power that the early church had? Any church today that does not promote, teach, and preach the word of God as it was preached in the book of Acts has lost its power. How many churches can say in today’s world’: “SIVLER AND GOLD HAVE I NONE, BUT SUCH AS I HAVE GIVE I THEE, IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH RISE UP AND WALK! I can tell you not many! Any church that teaches that the power and the anointing is not for today is a an apostate church. They have deserted and run away from the true meanings of church. How can Jesus move in the mist of our churches when he is not allowed and how can Jesus heal this land when He is not allowed in our schools or government? Preachers like Jimmy Swaggart, Oliver B. Green, J. Finnis Dake, Bert Clendennen, Billy Graham, R. G. Hardy, and many others have preached the truth but people would not listen. They would rather listen to preachers and people who will smooth their ears and continue in sin. Let this nation, our government leaders, and our churches return to God and He will heal this land. Put your faith in Jesus Christ, not church leaders, government leaders, the united nations, the money in your bank account, or what seems to be right. Jesus is the way and the only way.

We, as God’s Servants, need to put things into perspective. That perspective is this:, “THERE IS A GOD AND IF YOU ARE A CHILD OF HIS THE BEST IS YET TO COME” I do not know how much longer that you or I will here on this earth before The Master calls us home so remember this,: If I should go before you “I will meet you in the morning just inside the Eastern Gates over there”. Our Lord is coming soon so be prepared!

BEING PREPARED – For Chaos

I can remember, in my youth, when I was a Boy Scout we had a motto and we were taught to "Be Prepared". This past year that motto has come to my mind many a time, to be prepared. I have stocked several items that I knew that I might need in case of chaos, but my main thought was to have myself spiritually prepared for the chaos that we as Christians know is coming. I'm speaking about the chaos before the rapture of the Church and the seven years of tribulation. We are on the very fridges of that chaos right now. People with spiritual eyes can see this.
We are living in an era of time that this world has never seen before and a world that is of great interest to all of us, and even more so if you are a born again Bible-believing Christian. Church leaders, government leaders, men and women who have a place of trust and authority, people that we have faith in, believing men and women of all classes, have their thoughts focused upon the actions and events that are taking place around us. Failing stock prices, the rise in prices of comities, the rebellion by most of the world, the strained, restless relations that exist between Christians and Muslims. All eyes are on Israel. People are wondering about every aspect and facet of their everyday life. and they realize that something great and decisive is about to happen, it looks very much like the world is on the threshold of a most tremendous crisis. Something the world has never seen before. Still, with all the signs that are taking place in this world, there are many people who make fun of and laugh at the idea that this world will come to an end. Just like in Noah's day. We now have songs that make fun of the idea of the end of the world and being ready for it. This is a depraved mindset that is captivating many a person throughout this world. We have leaders that have made laws that save a whale but kills unborn babies, laws that say it is okay for Adam and Steve to get married, and have taken God out of just about everything. These are things that just would not have happened thirty years ago. It is a fact that we are living in an ungodly world and it is getting extremely worse every day! A world without God!
If you are a reader of the Bible and a person that studies God's word you already see and know that the Bible gives us the reality and the truth about what is really happening in this world. In other words, you already understand what is getting ready to happen. The gospel message that is going all over them, at the very close of the account of earth's history, contains the strongest warnings ever given to man. These very warnings can also be found in God's Word.
And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: (Rev 14:6-10)
These scriptures tell us that Angels are even now holding back the winds of strife that the world has never seen before or could ever imagine, this will not come until the whole world shall be made known of Jesus and warned of its coming fate and doom. People in the world today think that there is so many troubles and trails, but there is a storm cloud gathering, getting ready to lose itself upon this earth; and when God shall tell His angels to lose the winds, there will be a sight of strife and conflict that no person could never think about or imagine. The Bible, and the Bible only, gives us the correct and truthful view of these things. The Bible reveals and tell the reader of the great and final scenes of the history of our world. The events taking place today are a forerunner to the final trials and events which, even as they draw near, will cause the world to tremble and the hearts of people will fail them because of fear. Before the rapture of the church we ( the Christians ) will see a lot of terrible things taking place such as we have never seen before, but thank God we will not be here when The Lord will un leases His wrath upon this world, because if we are saved by God's Grace we are going to be snatched out of this sinful world. If you have not prepared to meet your God now is just as good a time as any.

WEAK CHRISTIANITY

(Revelation 22:12 ) And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. The following is an passage from Moody's many stories that he wrote, It is a story that we should read and learn a lesson from. The story is as follows: "A young man enlisted, and was sent to his regiment. The first night he was in the barracks with about fifteen other young men, who passed the time playing cards and gambling. Before retiring, he fell on his knees and prayed, and they began to curse him and jeer at him and throw boots at him. So it went on the next night and the next, and finally the young man went and told the chaplain what had taken place, and asked what he should do. 'Well,' said the chaplain, 'you are not at home now, and the other men have just as much right to the barracks as you have. It makes them mad to hear you pray, and the Lord will hear you just as well if you say your prayers in bed and don't provoke them.' For weeks after the chaplain did not see the young man again, but one day he met him, and asked - 'By the way, did you take my advice?' 'I did, for two or three nights,' [the soldier answered.] 'How did it work?' 'Well,' said the young man, 'I felt like a whipped hound and the third night I got out of bed, knelt down and prayed.' 'Well,' asked the chaplain, 'How did that work?' The young soldier answered: 'We have a prayer meeting there now every night, three have been converted, and we are praying for the rest.' This is the kind of Christianity that we do not have anymore and is needed in today's world. ' Remember the Virginia Tech shootings? The students of all faiths gathered together, after the tragedy for a service intended to give strength and comfort and possibly some direction for the future. The Muslim leader spoke referring to passages of the Koran and speaking of Allah. The Buddhist representative also spoke referring to her religious writings and leaders. Then the Jewish leader read from Ecclesiastes and spoke of God. Only the weak, Christian leader failed to read from his Bible or to mention Jesus. The weak politically correct version of Christianity that he represented, that day, was embarrassing to all true born again Christians. It was clear that day on that Virginia Tech Campus that the Muslim was a Muslim, the Buddhist was a Buddhist, and the Jew was a Jewish believer. But the Christian could have been almost anyone from anywhere. He was lost in space. What a shame and disgrace. It was obvious and very noticeable that he wanted to offend no one and he certainly succeeded in that. But every Christian present in that room must have wondered if there was not more than safe, politically correct thoughts that should have been offered in the face of such a tragedy. Jesus was left out that day! Jesus was the answer that day and he was left out! God help us to be known clearly as Christians and unashamed of the Word of God or of Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord. The Muslim was clear, the Buddhist was clear, and the Jew was clear. And they said what they wanted to say about their religion. They did not compromise their beliefs to be more acceptable and pleasing to the audience. Let's be clear and strong in our expressions of our faith. Let's not be weak and empty-headed. Let's boldly declare Jesus as the foundation and basis of our life. Jesus is our comfort and the hope of all mankind. There is no one else. No man when he lights a candle puts it under a basket for no one to see. Jesus is the door to eternal life, He is the rock of our salvation, our soon coming King.

Are you, as I am, tired of a weak and feeble Christianity that is put forth today? We need be all out for Christ and let our voices be heard in this sinful and demon possessed world!; We do not need to hesitant and keep our mouth shut. This country was founded on Christianity If the world wants to call us fools, then let me be a fool for Christ! In just a little while; that great day will be here. We have the privilege, now, of confessing Christ." Remember only what we do for Christ will last. Need I say anymore? Let's ask the Lord to touch our lives with power today. That we may be released from our stresses, our problems and even our own desires -- that we may become focused on being available for the task at hand. There's so much work to be done! The harvest is ready but so workers. Remember we may be weak, but He is strong and we can do all things through Christ Jesus, Our Lord!

THE PILGRIM'S PROGRESS- In Today’s World

Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, Whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy, And gathered out of the lands, From the east and from the west, From the north and from the south. They wandered in the wilderness in a desolate way; They found no city to dwell in. Hungry and thirsty, Their soul fainted in them. Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, And He delivered them out of their distresses. (NKJV Psalms 107:2-6)
Most all of you, who read this article, I'm sure, have read the book "Pilgrim's Progress". If you have not it is a very good book to read. In the book, Pilgrim's Progress, John Bunyan has written one of the most beautiful and stunning stories {that I have ever read other than the Bible} about the journey that we all travel as a believer. The book tells all about Christian, and his journey from the City of Destruction and ruin to his heavenly home, the Celestial City. There is one part of Pilgrim's Progress that we need to center on today as our focus point and that is, walking through the Swamp of hopelessness, sadness, misery, gloom, because so many people today are in that very swamp. At one point during their travels, Christian and his companion suddenly find themselves there, in the Swamp of hopelessness, sadness, misery, gloom. Still bearing his burden, Christian, begins to sink in the mire. The person traveling with him manages to get out, but he returns to the City of Destruction (Giving in to Satan) without giving aid or help to Christian. Christian is left all alone and sinking even deeper in the mire, until Help, {The Holy Spirit}, pulls him out from the swamp and sets him free. When God sets a person free they are free indeed! Christian then asks Help to understand as to why this dangerous plot of land has not been repaired and fixed so that poor travelers might go safely to the Celestial City. Help {in other words The Lord} replies, "This mire and slough is such a place that cannot be mended or repaired." This place would be better known in today's world as a quagmire which is an awkward, complicated, complex, or dangerous situation from which it is difficult to escape. That is where Satan wants to put all of God's people! Down in the mire of sin. How true it is in real life! As hard as we try to avoid them as God's Children, whether young in the Lord, or spiritually mature, swamps of despondency seem inevitable and are to be expected in this life time, and we must struggle and fight back through them! We can do this! The Lord is on our side. Charles Spurgeon once wrote to his students in his book, "Lectures to my Students", "Fits of depression come over most of us. Usually cheerful as we may be, we must at intervals be cast down. The strong are not always vigorous, the wise not always ready, the brave not always courageous, and the joyous not always happy. There may be to some degree men of iron, but without a doubt the rust bothers and troubles even these." There are times in our lives when we will struggle through the swamps of hopelessness, sadness, misery, gloom , but thanks to our God that He has supplied us a Helper for those times when we are in need! We need to press on and through, in search of and putting our trust the power of the Holy Spirit to pull us out of those nasty swamps, and set our feet back upon the Rock of our salvation. Let us, as pilgrims looking for that city who's founder and maker is God, also look around us at our brothers and sisters who may be struggling in the swamps of despondency, so that, rather than leaving them by the way side, we can give them a hand on their trip to the celestial city! We all are pilgrims looking for that city who's builder and maker are God. I do not know about the reader but: "I feel like traveling on" to my heavenly home just inside the Eastern Gate.

Getting To Contented

(Exodus 5:18-23 ) Go therefore now, and work; for there shall no straw be given you, yet shall ye deliver the tale of bricks. And the officers of the children of Israel did see that they were in evil case, after it was said, Ye shall not minish ought from your bricks of your daily task. And they met Moses and Aaron, who stood in the way, as they came forth from Pharaoh: And they said unto them, The LORD look upon you, and judge; because ye have made our savour to be abhorred in the eyes of Pharaoh, and in the eyes of his servants, to put a sword in their hand to slay us. And Moses returned unto the LORD, and said, Lord, wherefore hast thou so evil entreated this people? why is it that thou hast sent me? For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in thy name, he hath done evil to this people; neither hast thou delivered thy people at all. Are you getting content and settled about the way things are shaping up in this country, in the world? If you are don't be. No jobs, not enough money to pay the bills or by food, more of our freedoms being taking away by the government, Muslim terrorist Trying to insert their religion and ways in our lives and many other things! Could things get worse. Yes things can get worse and they will before the rapture of God's Saints. But let me remind you: "There is a light house". There is deliverance on its way! Remember the narrative of the exodus from Egypt by the Hebrews? It is a story of miracles, yet in the start of this true story when Moses first came before Pharaoh to free the Hebrew Children from slavery, the Israelites were tempted and became mad because of the hardships that were laid upon them. They showed their anger at Moses because suddenly they were told that they would have to gather their own straw for making bricks. Things got really hard for them. They were concerned about offending their slave-masters, fearing that they would slay them. They had no spiritual vision at all. The Hebrews were so accustomed to their slavery that they didn't want their lives and routines interfered with in spite of the fact that freedom was staring them in the face. The Hebrews were Prepared to accept this wretched way of life, they totally failed to take in or realize the freedom that was looking them in the face and soon to be there. They were thinking about the short-term price: the extra suffering and great pressure that would be before their freedom and deliverance. The same can happen to us. It has often been said "The darkest night is just before the dawn". We are children of "The Most High God" and for you that are down hearted and depressed just remember that God will deliver you the same as He did the Hebrews. Satan can see his rapidly coming defeat and he is working overtime to stop it. Don't let yourself accept any kind of burden or bondage that you know is of the Devil, but rather do this: "Seek and believe for the freedom that God has given us through His Son. Stand on the promises of God and believe in them. Have that mustard seed faith and watch it grow to were you will be helping other people and winning lost souls. LOOK UP AND SEE WHAT IS DRAWING NIGH!

In Today's Word What Are You Building?

In a day of violence and God's impending wrath, what should a man of God be Building? Noah built an ark. In Noah's day, the earth ...
